ABOUT THE CHALLENGE

Day 1: Get Up & Find Your Culprit(s)!

Learn how sitting influences your entire body. You’ll discover the fascial system and how it is radically impacted by sitting and, in turn, causes pain. You must assess your body to find any culprit areas that may be causing you pain when you sit, and finally, begin training to resolve those culprits.

Day 2: Strategies for Prolonged Sitting

Learn what you CAN do when you CAN’T get up. Think when you’re driving or traveling in a plane, subway, etc. You will also learn effective methods to address common pain symptoms that arise from prolonged sitting.

Day 3: Stability & Posture

An introduction to ergonomics. You’ll learn all about sitting options, lumbar rolls, and other things that can improve your sitting experience. Train in another workout designed to improve stability and posture – two areas that are often drastically impacted by sitting.

Eileen Kopsaftis

The challenge is hosted by Eileen Kopsaftis, BS, PT, CAFS, MI, CHE, NE. Eileen is a chronic pain and health expert who has been helping people learn how to get their life back since 1994. The strategies she teaches work so you can move without pain, regain your health, age well, and return to doing the things you love to do every day. 

Eileen is the author of the international bestseller, Pain Culprits! Surprising truths behind pain, how to uncover the cause, and what to do about it.
