Day 1: Find Your Culprit(s)

Learn why your knee is complaining in the first place. What culprits are wreaking havoc on your knee (or other parts) when you move? Assess your 3-plane movement to find your culprit(s) and learn your first workout to start addressing the pain and restoring authentic function.

Day 2: Food & Pain

Determine your health score AND learn three ways food can promote pain in your knee and your whole body. Test your knowledge with the quiz! Will you get 100%?

Day 3: Addressing the Culprits of Knee Pain

Learn what body areas are behind knee pain when walking, going down stairs, or getting out of a chair - no, it's often NOT the knee itself! Learn a second workout to keep restoring function to these areas to reduce the pain!

Day 4: Common Knee Pain Treatments

Learn why common treatments for knee pain often fail (including meds and surgery) and what IS effective to address it. Would you find it valuable to be a more informed healthcare consumer?

Day 5: Reset Your Asymmetry

Discover a fascinating strategy to address the imbalance caused when one side of the body works better than the other in your third workout. Special Q&A session to get your questions answered. Reassess your knee and your function and see what changed in just 5 days!

I fractured my spine a year ago due to severe osteoporosis, and have had chronic low back pain ever since. Since I have been doing the exercises daily, for about a month, I notice I have much less frequency and degree of pain. Thank you for offering chapter 5 to us! I was surprised to learn how hip function affects pelvic floor function and incontinence! I'll definitely be paying attention to the exercises you recommend for maintaining hip function… I'm happy to know that I don't need to do crunches and sit-ups anymore to strengthen my core! Currently, my pain is in my neck and left shoulder. I have been under chiropractic care for several years for the neck pain.
